After the Ice Storm

We had an ice storm on February 22nd and 23rd, 2023. We lost power and the first night we slept in our cold house, then we decided to stay at a hotel for one night. The next day, power was on again. On the way to the hotel I took a few photos of the beautifully frozen landscape. The sun just began to come out, the sky was still partially dark, and the glimmering of the ice on the trees and bushes was almost otherworldly.
